The Pelikan Raden Stardust "Hoshikuzu" is the breathtaking result of a meeting between two exceptional worlds: German engineering mastery and centuries-old Japanese decorative artistry. It's a Limited Edition to only 400 pieces worldwide.
The Art of Raden: Fragments of the Cosmos

The core of this masterpiece is the ancient Japanese Raden technique. Beginning with a base of deep black Urushi lacquer , three types of finely crushed abalone shell are meticulously applied.
- Precision: The shell fragments are arranged into vertical stripes using a traditional Funzutsu (powder tube).
- Play of Light: Depending on the angle, the stripes shimmer in hues of violet, blue, green, and silver—resembling distant stars scattered across a midnight sky.
- The Finish: The design is encased in layers of clear lacquer and polished to a lustrous, glassy finish.
Japanese Craftsmanship: The Hoshu-kai Collective

This edition is a poetic tribute to stardust, brought to life by the renowned artist Yamazaki Mushu and his collective, "Hoshu-kai". These Kaga maki-e masters from Yamanaka Onsen individually sign each pen and apply the limited-edition number using the prestigious maki-e technique.
Technical Excellence

The foundation is the majestic Souverän M1000, the largest fountain pen in Pelikan’s portfolio.
- The Nib: A massive, two-tone 18-carat gold nib.
- The Details: Radiant 24k gold-plated accents and the iconic Pelikan clip.
- Presentation: Each pen is presented in an elegant paulownia wood box.
The Verdict for Collectors
