Shipping policy

We offer worldwide shipping.

Domestic delivery (Germany):

  • Free of charge from an order value of 50€
  • Shipping with DHL

Deliveries abroad:

  • Standard shipping: Deutsche Post
  • Express shipping: UPS or DHL Express

Delivery times

Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 2-5 days, for deliveries abroad within 2-40 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that in the most countries there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes for Non-EU Orders

For all international shipments to countries outside the European Union (e.g., USA, UK, Switzerland, etc.), your order may be subject to local import duties, taxes (such as VAT or sales tax), and carrier disbursement/handling fees upon arrival in the destination country.

  • Not Included at Checkout: These charges are not imposed by us and are not included in the item price or shipping cost calculated at checkout.

  • Buyer’s Responsibility: All customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient and must be paid directly to the local customs authorities or delivery carrier.

  • Refused Deliveries: If a package is returned to us due to non-payment of customs fees or refused delivery, any incurred shipping costs, return fees, and administrative charges will be deducted from your refund.
