The PILOT Falcon, also known as the Namiki Falcon, is a high-quality fountain pen with clear, captivating lines. It is equipped with a 14 carat rhodium-plated gold nib and rhodium-plated decorative parts. The practical pocket clip on the cap of the fountain pen is ideal for attaching the Falcon to a diary, for example. The shape of its nib gives the Falcon its name, as the nib is modeled on the beak of a falcon. Unlike classic fountain pens, the nib of the Falcon is almost as soft as a calligraphy brush. It glides over the paper with surprising ease. When more pressure is applied, the nib spreads but remains stable. This unprecedented flexibility ensures, among other things, a particularly soft and exceptional writing feel. The Falcon is available in four different nib sizes: EF (FF), F, M and B. It should be noted that our nibs produced in Japan draw finer lines than American or European nibs.

As the nib is the main focus of the Falcon, the design is simple yet elegant. To make the Falcon ready to write, either a converter in combination with the high-quality PILOT iroshizuku ink or a matching ink cartridge can be used. In addition to the fountain pen itself, the scope of delivery includes an exclusive gift box, a converter, a black cartridge and a protective cap for the cartridge.
