Its characteristic feature is the unique Bloom profile – a modern, floral reinterpretation of classic fluting with soft curves and dynamic volume. The design focuses on precious materials: handcrafted shafts made of ebony or local hornbeam meet high-precision milled brass elements, which are finished with 18-carat gold or black ruthenium in the company's own precious metal electroplating facility.

Materials
- The Barrel: The barrels are crafted from either deep black Ebony or lighter, native Hornbeam. These natural materials give each writing instrument a unique feel and grain.
- Fittings and Finishes: The caps, end pieces, and grip sections are made from precision-milled brass elements, ensuring perfect balance and durability. These brass elements are finished in the company's own galvanizing plant and are plated with either 18-karat Gold or black Ruthenium.
- Nibs (Fountain Pens): Fountain pens are equipped with a high-quality 14ct. / 585 Gold Nib, which ensures an incomparably smooth writing experience.

The Bloom Collection represents a modern evolution of the Graf von Faber-Castell writing culture.
