The Custom Urushi ballpoint pen is the perfect complement to the Custom Urushi fountain pen. Like the fountain pen, the Custom Urushi ballpoint pen also reflects PILOT's Japanese origins. Like the exquisite products in the popular Namiki Urushi series, this elegant ballpoint pen is made from high-quality materials such as ebonite and then coated with the traditional Japanese Urushi lacquer. This results in uniquely shiny casings. The Custom Urushi ballpoint pen is available with both a red and a black finish. The gold trim gives this ballpoint pen additional elegance.
The elegant Custom Urushi ballpoint pen is equipped with an oil-based ink. This results in a uniquely smooth writing experience. The refill of the ballpoint pen can be retracted and extended from the barrel using a twist mechanism. This means that the writing tip is always protected from dirt or dried ink. The included ballpoint refill in M line width (2187) is interchangeable with the matching refills, also in B and F line widths (2185/2186).
