About Platinum Carbon Ink

The ultra-fine carbon particles in Platinum Carbon Ink produce a deep, rich black stroke and a crisp, well-defined line, ensuring an exceptionally clean writing experience. Its subtle matte finish provides a perfect aesthetic touch.

Unlike conventional dye-based inks, these pigments do not soak deep into the paper fibers; instead, they rest on the surface, which guarantees outstanding edge crispness and prevents feathering. Once fully dry, Carbon Ink is waterproof, lightfast, and heat-resistant.

Please allow for sufficient drying time, depending on the paper quality and environmental conditions. Once dry, drawings created with this ink can be safely colored over with water-based paints or alcohol-based markers without smudging or bleeding.

Note: As this is a pigment-based ink, we recommend cleaning your fountain pen regularly (every 1–2 weeks) to prevent clogging, especially if the pen is not in daily use.
